We tried several dishes from the menu and everything was excellent.
13/05/2024: Nice little restaurant. A little disappointed with my starter (4 snails 🐌 in the casserole). Otherwise, beautiful, hearty dishes. Special mention for the pork belly cooked at low temperatures.

09/05/2024: Very nuanced experience... very well received the first evening and so happy that we wanted to repeat the experience. Reservation made directly on the restaurant's website 24 hours before... with no response after a day so I called directly to be "sent to the roses"... "it's full, no room, if we didn't call back, there's no room...!" funny way of doing things and not very commercial...
04/05/2024: We did not experience their lodging, but we were recommended to visit the restaurant and try their Flambées, and what an amazing experience it was. The atmosphere is great, the service is wonderful, and the food is even better! I totally recommend!

26/04/2024: Typical inn of our mountains with a menu of very succulent Alsatian dishes and above all with local products.
We chose as a starter:
Marbled elk and duck foie gras - Marmalade with blueberries and
Duck foie gras flavored with Gewurtzraminer - Toasted Kougelhopf. Then for the dishes: Marcaire Plate: Roïgabrageldi*, smoked collar - Green salad and Cordon Rouge from Schantzwasen (Beef sirloin, Parma ham, Barikass). We enjoyed the good value for money. Then, we visited the reindeer farm since we had a beautiful sunny day with 20°. It was a great discovery! We highly recommend this farm inn.
23/04/2024: Abbiamo pranzato qui il giorno di Pasqua, per essere sicuri di trovare posto abbiamo prenotato con una mail. Il locale è ben curato e il personale è professionale e codiale, locale a misura di bambini. Ogni piatto è stato succulento. I bambini hanno preso prosciutto e patatine fritte, noi grandi abbiamo preso il tagliere, il Fleischschnaka e gli Spaetzle, per concludere due dolci della casa. I prezzi sono sopra alla media, ma vale ogni euro speso. Dopo pranzo abbiamo visitato la fattoria delle renne dove i bambini si sono divertiti un sacco.

Our room boasted stunning views of the alsacian vineyards, creating a serene backdrop for our stay. The Easter special dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with each dish expertly crafted and paired with excellent service. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like flexible menu for my wife and complementary wine tasting. Highly recommend this charming hotel for a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and delicious dining!!

Decent service.
The small downside: Space too small..... noise, noise and noise.... happy to get out of it because it's too small for the people who parade there.
A bit expensive, I think compared to other Lebanese.... but it's true that it was excellent, but still.....
