13/05/2024: Very nice little campsite, beautifully located in nature. Sanitary facilities are no longer the latest but quite inexpensive. Friendly helpful staff. We will be happy to come by again.

10/05/2024: Bitter end of stay! Reservation for 1 night in the Grand ballon chalet as part of a professional outing with my colleagues, we had agreed to book and paid the terms 3 weeks in advance for the Grand ballon chalet plus a location for a 6m camper van carrying the logistics for 15 people near the chalet. Not very warm welcome on arrival, we take €200 deposit from you, give you the keys and go and make do with the plan! In short, we settle down, I place the CC on one of the nearby places because the place allocated to the CC is not at all suitable for the size, inaccessible! I was offered another location but too far away to have to cross the site with belongings and food for 2 days... My reservation also included a rental of 2 tables (20€) which we had been left at the inaccessible location and which we let us be transported through the campsite on foot to go to another location to eat on day 2 at noon on site for 15 people before going to the treetop adventure course next door. Departure just after. Day 2 the location still inaccessible to install the CC, I was accompanied to a nice location next to the toilets and a small children's play area, the receptionist told me this location is free no one takes it because that too close to the sanitary drains, and the playground... That suits us given that the outdoor parking lot is full, this one is suitable. For the Xth time I explain again, we eat lunch, we go to the tree climbing at 2:30 p.m. and we leave the campsite afterwards... Program stalled, everything is going well... On our return, we have the pleasant surprise of having the campsite van stuck against the camper van so we cannot move it, completely blocked... I go to reception for explanations, there I am received in a haughty tone as desired, explaining to me that I will have to pay extra because they could have re-let the location, that it was not agreed like that , who must be released at 1 p.m., who should have been content with what had been allocated to us, in short, an EXECRABLE tone!!! So I remind this very charming young lady that it was agreed like that, and paid as requested... But apparently that was not what was agreed (seen with 3 out of 4 people at reception... I pay the requested supplement 22.90 €, and asks that they move their van to leave the premises, I am asked to go back through the campsite with tables and benches to store them in their place To which I reply that at this price, they will do it themselves!...A this moment I remember that a campsite is in THEORY a friendly, welcoming place, or decompression, and pleasant moments are supposed to be found there... The art and the way of setting up a vehicle in this way to block its guests is just INSANE !!! In short, the little receptionist who lectures me on morals because we should have been content with the choice given, you who will recognize yourself by reading this comment, and I hope that it is you who will have to respond behind your looks like a little chef, or failing that I will happily discuss it with the campsite management...I suggest you come to my business, and I will teach you management, interpersonal skills and how to express yourself appropriately in front of customers with a minimum of consideration... It is with this bad experience that I will conclude by leaving this feeling of disappointment which will have spoiled this stay...

20/03/2024: A small lunch a goat's cheese quiche very good green salad a carafe of water, lots of choice, I don't like bread apart from the moricettes it's my personal taste, only one problem the prices but as they say other is the crisis, it's up to you to choose. These restaurants are not my first choice, I apologize in advance for these sentences.

26/02/2024: I am a regular customer, I take my bread or something else from there, whether on site or to take away, since the opening but for a few months I have noticed that the housekeeping has really been left wanting, everything is dirty, even very dirty, the dust under it. the furniture and fridge when we enter the shop we see that it seems like the floors are never washed it's a big shame for such a beautiful place I ate there several times and that's all I saw. appetite was no longer there I am very disappointed and the staff very unfriendly almost insolent, too bad but I think I have changed my habits 😔
