27/04/2024: Small restaurant which does not have a large exposure, when walking you risk not seeing it especially when you go up the street. It is more visible going down. The welcome and service are impeccable, ok the menu is simple and not too busy. The dishes served are good and also plentiful. As for the price, it's reasonable.

06/04/2024: Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food.
Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.

The staff was pleasant.
There were indeed too many people. For the price paid, the SPA was more like a municipal swimming pool than an exceptional and cozy place.
We had very few places to enjoy.
The space in the hammam and sauna is obligatory “in Adam and Eve outfit”.
It would have been wise to mention this on your website because not everyone is in favor of a hammam and sauna in complete nudity.
The €2.50 flip flops are of poor quality.
We are disappointed because according to the photos and reviews the frame seemed much better.

09/05/2024: Terrible and very aggressive server. If you don't like your job, change it. Whether you are tired or in a bad mood does not stop you from remaining courteous. We won't come back that's for sure.

The rooms are spacious and pretty.
The breakfast is very complete and delicious, the hotel restaurant is also very good, you eat good dishes typical of the region.
