The menu immediately seduced us with its diversity and its promise of authentic flavors. Every sushi we tasted was a masterpiece, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients that danced harmoniously in the mouth. The chef's talent and creativity was evident in every bite. The service was simply impeccable, with special attention that made our experience even more enjoyable. The dish that particularly captured our hearts was the Tempura Roll – a true delight that delighted our taste buds. The elegant yet cozy setting added the perfect touch to our evening. Sushi GM has become our go-to for an exceptional sushi experience, and we can't wait to return to experience even more of their culinary artistry. A real treasure for lovers of Japanese cuisine!
It was my girlfriend's birthday which we celebrated discreetly because she is very shy. The manager offered him some small treats before leaving. Thank you for being sincerely kind to us.

04/05/2024: Delish dishes prepared super quickly and very nicely presented. Generous portions. Wide range of choice for makis and different options for those not liking fish. I come to this restaurant with my family for many years now, at least once a month (me alone at least 3x per month).

07/05/2024: Great experience for Valentine's Day. The prices are frankly not excessive and the sushi is very good.
Small downside: they forgot to send us part of the order. Luckily we weren't hungry anymore anyway!
I recommend, the staff is also friendly.

10/05/2024: It looks unprepossessing from the outside, but the inside is very ok. The service is fast and good, the food is ok. Udon with chicken, udon with seafood, 12 pcs. sushi with salmon, a kettle of green tea and a 0.5 liter bottle of water, we paid 44 euros for everything.

29/02/2024: We ate yesterday afternoon at Fujisan restaurant. The sushi was delicious. Express menus are interesting in terms of value for money. The sushi is affordable and not too expensive. However, you have to be careful when adding the bill because the waitress added two extra drinks to me even though I hadn't ordered any.

02/05/2024: We placed an order for 130€ this evening, when we asked for a little extra ginger, the waiter pointed out that he was giving us 1 pot free of charge, but that normally, it costs 1€, and that in any case, There are some in the boxes, and guess what? no ginger in the boxes on 3 boxes, stinginess and bad service at sushi :)
go to sushi burn instead, excellent service and very good sushi
09/04/2024: We ate excellent sushi there! The choice was very vast, with unexpected and delicious variations like foie gras/mango sushi and fresh goat cheese/arugula/honey sushi.
The little cabbage salad as a starter was delicious.
The service was fast and friendly!

23/03/2024: Best Japanese in Colmar. This is a restaurant where the owners are real Japanese. Be careful not to come here for the decoration: that is not the main thing. Moreover, the owner is alone in the dining room serving so it is not particularly quick. On the other hand, the dishes are all exceptionally good. The fish is of unrivaled freshness and quality in Colmar. The only downside is the price: but you have to pay for quality, that’s for sure!

Customers for over 11 years, today we gave up our last chance and we will no longer order here.
The fish has lost quality and freshness. Often salmon is stuffed with bones. Not to mention the oversights in the orders.
We always take the S24 for 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old on average once/month. Before there was a salad, a savory sauce, a sweet sauce and a soup for each. Now it's 3 sweet, 1 savory, 2 salads, 2 soups.
Loyal customers apparently aren't important.
Lack of consideration, huge loss of quality, we will no longer be seen.
25/05/2024: An occasional customer for years, I was disappointed this time... nothing to say about the service, which is always welcoming and friendly, but in terms of cooking I was really not satisfied... the sushi was crude and poorly shaped, and the skewers had a burnt taste which frankly spoiled my pleasure... is this just a let go today??!... I would try again on occasion but if no effort will be made in relation to my comments, I won't come anymore... To the wise...
