Great experience for Valentine's Day. The prices are frankly not excessive and the sushi is very good. Small downside: they forgot to send us part of the order. Luckily we weren't hungry anymore anyway! I recommend, the staff is also friendly.

Always a great welcome whether it's the manager or the waitresses, good atmosphere and the dishes are just great, never disappointed no matter the dish ordered.

I'm a regular now or I go there every month with a friend. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is adorable. The service is fast and careful. It’s the only place where when I take the first bite, it’s so good that I close my eyes and get goosebumps. The dishes are impeccably fresh and very well presented, the chef is very talented in cutting and presentation. Gyozas are killer. The accompaniments are great, coleslaw to die for and the squid salad, a delight. Anyway, to sum it up in one word: I love it. Looking forward to next month to go back with Adrien.

Délicieux plats une bonne dégustation qui nous envoie directement au Japon l'ambiance est très sympa et le personnel très agréable je recommande les yeux fermés

29/02/2024: We ate yesterday afternoon at Fujisan restaurant. The sushi was delicious. Express menus are interesting in terms of value for money. The sushi is affordable and not too expensive. However, you have to be careful when adding the bill because the waitress added two extra drinks to me even though I hadn't ordered any.

The menu immediately seduced us with its diversity and its promise of authentic flavors. Every sushi we tasted was a masterpiece, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients that danced harmoniously in the mouth. The chef's talent and creativity was evident in every bite. The service was simply impeccable, with special attention that made our experience even more enjoyable. The dish that particularly captured our hearts was the Tempura Roll – a true delight that delighted our taste buds. The elegant yet cozy setting added the perfect touch to our evening. Sushi GM has become our go-to for an exceptional sushi experience, and we can't wait to return to experience even more of their culinary artistry. A real treasure for lovers of Japanese cuisine! It was my girlfriend's birthday which we celebrated discreetly because she is very shy. The manager offered him some small treats before leaving. Thank you for being sincerely kind to us. Hoping to return very soon.
