On se sent à l’aise de suite avec une déco originale, une cuisine saine et généreuse ET SURTOUT un accueil mémorable ! Un énorme coup de cœur avec la formule «  croque + soupe + salade végétarienne «  à 15.90€ et un brunch le samedi qui est parfait . Délicieux ! Hâte de revenir chez vous .. Ne changez rien les loulous !

23/05/2024: Although there was a slight glitch in the reservation, the staff (the host and the chef) welcomed us. We felt very fortunate to get in, as this is a small place with an excellent reputation, ( most of the other patrons seemed to be locals). That reputation is well-deserved, because this was one of the best dining experiences we had in France. It was a nice change to dine away from the tourists. The chef uses a lot of local ingredients and prepared an excellent meal for us. Although our host's English was limited, between that and my challenged French, he made good recommendations and was very friendly. I highly recommend this place, though I do so somewhat reluctantly because I almost hate for this little gem to be discovered!

04/05/2024: If my stroll through the streets of Saint Malo left me thinking for a long time that we were in the kingdom of the creperie, at the bend of an alley we had the happiness, the luck or perhaps the intuition to return in this small establishment, simple but charming, elegant but unpretentious. A pearl hidden behind the tourist food vendors, a pearl where you can find real Malouins. A traditional, totally homemade cuisine where vegetables take a good place on the plates offering a choice of meat and fish. Starter, main course and dessert everything was perfect and for a more than reasonable price. Thanks to its enthusiasts who revive our taste buds.

23/03/2024: A small restaurant where you have to go in Saint Malo. Excellent grilled cuisine, impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly. Superb plate of tapas as a starter and duck breasts for us. It was hearty and succulent. Our neighbors' meat plates weren't bad at all either.

06/04/2024: We had an excellent evening at Bistrot de Jean. First of all: the warm welcome from the team, the tastefully decorated place and above all… the quality of the cuisine!!! We feasted. Fresh and local products. Careful knowledge of the menu by the friendly waiter. It was difficult to make a choice, we took as many different dishes as possible per person to be able to taste as many as possible. Even the dressing was perfect! Best restaurant we've had in the area! Thank you all for the quality of your work, we will be back!

25/03/2024: Small character hotel with a family atmosphere ideally located a stone's throw from the St Vincent gate (intramuros). This is our best hotel experience in St Malo and it is now our stronghold when we come here. The owners are extremely kind and very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and carefully decorated. Breakfast is unmissable if you stay in this hotel, fresh and varied local products, a real pleasure!

04/04/2024: We had a wonderful dinner here! I am gluten free & the staff was so accommodating & even provided a gluten free alternative to bread which I thought was very thoughtful. I ordered the 250g steak with salad, French fries & the parsley butter. It was so flavorful & delicious. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a gluten allergy

01/04/2024: Hello, I went to the Millesim' restaurant Sunday April 31, 2024, Easter weekend This is a restaurant that I recommend, their specialty is beef of French origin. Our plates were plentiful, the service was friendly: as indicated inside (see my photos). The boss Régis speaks informally to the customers and the boss speaks to you! Table service by a server Manu who knows his products very well, gives you perfect wine advice etc... A good atmosphere You should think about booking in advance. Enjoy your food Jeff
