an address that was recommended to me, I recommend it! Smiling welcome, apprentice waiter but very friendly and efficient. Goat trilogy, goat cheese ice cream is a great discovery. super generous salmon starter. The skate is cooked to perfection, the vegetables tasty. The butter sauce in a ramekin, you can measure out. I couldn't finish, I had a doggybag, it was too bad to leave the rest for the trash. The French toast-style brioche has reminders of childhood. We will come back :)

Very good restaurant where we were very well received by the staff and managers. We ate very well for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere and the restaurant room are pleasant. Honestly, we recommend this restaurant where we had a good time.

Friendly welcome. Very good smoked salmon and goat cheese trilogy. The lost brioche is a treat. But what a shame, the dishes are very inferior, flooded with white butter sauce. The sea sauerkraut looks more like a white butter soup (at least the one I had, because the one at the table next to me seemed less bathed in its sauce)... I pointed this out but didn't get it. received only an "ah, okay, I'll say it" in response from the young waiter.

04/04/2024: We had a wonderful dinner here! I am gluten free & the staff was so accommodating & even provided a gluten free alternative to bread which I thought was very thoughtful. I ordered the 250g steak with salad, French fries & the parsley butter. It was so flavorful & delicious. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a gluten allergy
01/04/2024: Hello, I went to the Millesim' restaurant Sunday April 31, 2024, Easter weekend This is a restaurant that I recommend, their specialty is beef of French origin. Our plates were plentiful, the service was friendly: as indicated inside (see my photos). The boss Régis speaks informally to the customers and the boss speaks to you! Table service by a server Manu who knows his products very well, gives you perfect wine advice etc... A good atmosphere You should think about booking in advance. Enjoy your food Jeff
