26/03/2024: It's good, it's fine and the products used are top quality. However, the atmosphere lacks warmth, and the bill remains high in comparison with other addresses located not far away.
We regretted the absence of appetizers at the aperitif and the fact that it was pointed out to us that the bread balls were "counted" (to use the terminology of the waitress, very professional indeed).
Some progress needs to be made to make the place warmer (warmer light? Small table lamps?)

06/04/2024: An absolutely brilliant restaurant in Chartres. Traditional French cuisine with quality products. A superb selection of wine. And an absolutely adorable boss. We had a great time!
05/04/2024: Great food, friendly service and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended for visiting! Do not get scared by closing time at 9pm, we came at around 8:15 pm and stayed for a great 2 hours-long dinner.

01/05/2024: A first time for us in this restaurant. Dinner for two, skewers and andouillette with homemade terrine as a starter.
Everything was excellent!
With the added bonus of a friendliness of the staff which is very pleasant.
However, the price remains a little high for my taste. But the 30 euro menu is worth it.
In short, you can go there with your eyes closed.

03/04/2024: Very pleasant place in the heart of the Perche. It's modern, welcoming, warm despite the large room. Lots of families this Sunday. Excellent Easter menu, prices are reasonable and the plates are generous. A place to discover!
06/03/2024: I can only give my opinion on the meal, not having seen the rooms. Refined and sophisticated cuisine, a few small drawbacks on the cooking of the vegetables, and on the blinis for the salmon guacamole puff pastry, they were hard and very cold, lukewarm would have been perfect. I like that the dishes are very little salty and very little sweet for desserts.

29/03/2024: I came here for lunch, wanting something light and healthy after days of heavy food. I ordered a combination lunch that included miso soup (very good, not too salty), a small pickled cabbage salad, to pieces of sushi and a roll (4 pieces). Everything was fresh and delicious. And then another course came - two pieces of calamari tempura with rice. It was excellent, but I was too full to eat it. Honestly, it was a great bargain for good quality. Recommend if near the train station.

04/04/2024: A lot of breakage which can happen. Tagliatelle a nest per person very light, We asked for tagliatelle again, it's not possible there are no more. At the start of the service they told us that there is no of new potatoes and when they asked for a second garnish (the risotto), they told us I'm going to look in the kitchen and they didn't have new potatoes instead Already came the cocktails were great and the blah where was the alcohol.

06/05/2024: The dishes served were plentiful, average quality. Very disappointed by the glass of wine served which was filled with end-of-bottle deposit which ended up in my mouth. No commercial gesture to give me a correct bottom of the glass so as not to remain in this bad taste. The manager didn't want to hear anything and told me that it was bad luck for me that this was regular and accepted. Never seen this anywhere else. Damage.
29/03/2024: Great place for families and vegetarians. It's clean, there's space, variety, a perfectly balanced children's menu, great service and ideally located between the cathedral and a parking lot. Nice stopover and thank you! Besides, many locals come there even during the week.

23/04/2024: You want an excellent pizza ba there you are in the right place pizzeria recommended by friends and my wife who went there 14 years ago and nothing has changed pizza at the top of the top fine dough a tomato sauce at the top the ingredients at the top frankly a treat a pizzeria as we do more people welcoming helpful and with a smile thank you again
