02/04/2024: Plastic in the dishes, the waitress who tells me to shut up when I talk about it, insulting me. Not a commercial gesture and they explain to me that it’s celery. When I ask to speak to the manager, who was in the room, they explain to me that he is not there and everyone hides. Distressing. Note and dishes too salty. To avoid.
Too bad it used to be a beautiful house.

06/05/2024: We went there as a couple for lunch. The welcome and service were perfect, warm while remaining professional, the dishes delicious from starter to dessert with a beautiful presentation. We will come back with pleasure.
05/05/2024: Disappointed because on the exterior wall there are menus, when we arrive we are given the menu without the menus. The waitress did not know why there were no outside menus (after consulting with her boss the menus are only for groups of 10 except nothing is notified)
Scallops with pumpkin puree you will only have one scallop so enjoy it! For 12 euros it's expensive!
We order a bottle of wine but they don't have it!
A little pressure from the waitress to absolutely order dessert from the start under the pretext that they were waiting for a large table.
Nice presentation nonetheless.
We will not come back.

The service is fast and quality.

01/04/2024: This restaurant near the cathedral offers quality French cuisine (maître restaurateur). The service is perfect and many wines by the glass are offered.
The prices offered are reasonable.
The website is up to date and the menu changes regularly.
It is advisable to reserve but a few tables may be available in this magnificent setting of old Chartres. (right opposite the prefecture)

26/03/2024: It's good, it's fine and the products used are top quality. However, the atmosphere lacks warmth, and the bill remains high in comparison with other addresses located not far away.
We regretted the absence of appetizers at the aperitif and the fact that it was pointed out to us that the bread balls were "counted" (to use the terminology of the waitress, very professional indeed).
Some progress needs to be made to make the place warmer (warmer light? Small table lamps?)

06/04/2024: An absolutely brilliant restaurant in Chartres. Traditional French cuisine with quality products. A superb selection of wine. And an absolutely adorable boss. We had a great time!
05/04/2024: Great food, friendly service and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended for visiting! Do not get scared by closing time at 9pm, we came at around 8:15 pm and stayed for a great 2 hours-long dinner.

01/05/2024: A first time for us in this restaurant. Dinner for two, skewers and andouillette with homemade terrine as a starter.
Everything was excellent!
With the added bonus of a friendliness of the staff which is very pleasant.
However, the price remains a little high for my taste. But the 30 euro menu is worth it.
In short, you can go there with your eyes closed.

03/04/2024: Very pleasant place in the heart of the Perche. It's modern, welcoming, warm despite the large room. Lots of families this Sunday. Excellent Easter menu, prices are reasonable and the plates are generous. A place to discover!
06/03/2024: I can only give my opinion on the meal, not having seen the rooms. Refined and sophisticated cuisine, a few small drawbacks on the cooking of the vegetables, and on the blinis for the salmon guacamole puff pastry, they were hard and very cold, lukewarm would have been perfect. I like that the dishes are very little salty and very little sweet for desserts.
