11/05/2024: A very unusual little restaurant but the main thing is what you eat. And we enjoyed the menu. Gizzard salad and super good cassoulet. The boss is on all fronts, very friendly as is her team. We will come back.

07/05/2024: We had reserved for 2 by telephone for the evening of Monday May 6 and had taken care to give our telephone number. What was our great surprise to see the restaurant closed with no explanation posted upon our arrival. So I called and the answering machine said they were closed THIS Monday and Tuesday even though Google said they were open. I understand that there may be personal problems in life but a phone call to warn us would have been respectful on their part, especially since on Monday evenings in Castelnaudary there are not many restaurants open!!. We are very disappointed with this behavior on the part of the owners of this restaurant. We cannot assess the quality of their meals but only this concern. If you are tourists like us, be careful not to end up on an empty stomach!!

22/05/2024: Superb place discovered during a hike, so we planned it during a mountain bike outing with friends, and we were won over by the quality of the dishes served and good value for money. The welcome and care of the customer, the zen service, well advised and with the extra smile that you no longer find everywhere. Don't change anything, we'll come back. 01/04/2024: A very good place to have a romantic date or celebrate a special occasion as a group. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. They also serve cocktails downstairs with a very good atmosphere. Very comfortable sofas to rest or have a drink. You can only pay in cash or pay pal.

18/05/2024: The boss is fantastic, he tells his dishes like a story, he is passionate and makes us want to taste everything! The products are fresh and local, the dishes are homemade and well cooked, full of flavors from here and elsewhere. We had a great time and recommend the place with our eyes closed! A very nice discovery! Girls from the North ;-)

17/05/2024: Ignored this place on first sight but went for dinner and was very impressed. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Unusual menu, but very good food and wine. Came back for lunch and tried all new food on the patio out front. Same great service and more good food.

31/03/2024: An impeccable welcome with a caring team🥰 A warm atmosphere, like at home. My family and I were seated at the best table, sitting on comfortable Louis chairs. The meal, a tartare with Italian flavor, 10/10 I recommend

30/05/2024: tête à tête bucolique près de l'eau, sous les arbres - bien accueillis, bien servis par une charmante personnes, bien conseillés sur les plats, toujours aux petits soins et toujours avec le sourire! addition raisonnable en accord avec la qualité des mets. on ne regrette pas les 50mn de route... on reviendra, avec amis ou famille! bravo à l'équipe et au chef!
