I arrived without company at 8 p.m., without having bothered to book in advance. What audacity to appear like this, without notice, in the establishment of a world-renowned master! Naturally, all the tables were taken. However, with unparalleled courtesy, I was invited to wait on the terrace, where I was generously offered appetizers, thus testifying, in a way, to their gratitude for my spontaneity. After a few moments, I was warmly invited to join the restaurant, where I was comfortably seated in a quiet corner. This is where an extraordinary culinary experience began, masterfully orchestrated by an attentive, efficient, courteous and precise team. It would be superfluous to praise here the exceptional quality of the products served, the almost arrogant expertise in making perfect pizza dough, as well as the subtle balance of flavors. Of course, the meal ends like the rest, with a team as attentive as ever, a chef who takes the time to greet each guest, thus ensuring that their experience is as pleasant as possible. Chef Zaoui, allow me to address these words to you: I am aware that in the current context, ratings, Google and SEO are crucial issues in the face of excessive competition. However, in my eyes, you have nothing to prove, you are an artist, and your establishment reflects a lifelong investment. Sincerely

04/05/2024: The pesto linguine was superb, crafted with superior ingredients. Best pesto I’ve tasted, actually. The Italian burger was also excellent in flavor and quality. Love the pesto so much.

14/05/2024: We were delighted with the welcome. Ideal location for visiting Carcassonne (10 min walk) and very easy to park and free. On the other hand, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that the swimming pool was closed and also I did not find it normal that the air conditioning was not on even though it was particularly hot outside (26 degrees). This spoiled our stay and our night, especially given the price of the room paid that day.

13/05/2024: The location and facilities were nice, but the service from the employees was excellent, everyone was professional and friendly. The only thing was that the entrance to the parking lot was difficult to find. When I stay at Mercure, I often use the hotel restaurant and am happy to see that they often have local cuisine on the menu. I had the cassoulet this time and it was delicious.

13/03/2024: Passing through Trèbes, a pleasant little break. Very reasonable price. Very thin and large pizzas. Fairly varied buffet. Just the rosé was neon pink and opaque but the waitress quickly changed it for us. Very good quality price.

03/11/2023: Hello, a top server! Very kind and considerate. The lady who took care of us was not friendly, no aperitif biscuits and when paying the bill the "you're making me sad... with your restaurant vouchers" was too much. A “no” would be better.

02/04/2024: Very warm welcome although quite late. Excellent, very generous pizzas (you need to have an appetite). Don't miss the homemade chocolate/praline dessert which is worth 10! THANKS !
