15/05/2024: Excellent experience at Ferme de Janou. Quality menu at €29 with Garbure, buffet of high quality starters, chicken and Catalan cream. Smiling and efficient service, superb outdoor view of the Pech de Bugarach. A very good address in Bugarach.
02/03/2024: Excellent discovery this lunchtime… we savored the menu.. which from start to finish delighted us..
garbure soup, cassoulet, bowl piccoulat, chicken: local dishes that we greatly appreciated. Very warm welcome and exchanges with the owner.. I highly recommend because the products are fresh and local!
