02/04/2024: Magnificent discovery in this small village near La Rochelle. Very intimate restaurant, with a maximum of around fifteen guests. Reservations are strongly recommended. The service is very pleasant and very professional. This Easter Monday, there is a unique menu, but nothing to complain about. Balanced menu, very well presented plates and more than well stocked, the flavor combinations are successful, a great moment of pleasure. What can we say about homemade bread, more than a success and a great happiness with the local semi-salted butter. Nice wine list. At the end of the meal, the chef took the time to talk with us without limit, we were able to discuss his passion and many other subjects. An additional pleasure. To do absolutely.

We were on a weekend in Jonzac for Valentine's Day, so we were able to taste the Valentine's Day menu on Friday evening (very good idea not to serve it only on D-Day), we enjoyed our meal so much (special mention for the foie gras with blackcurrant!) that we came back the next day to discover the usual menu and it was once again perfect and delicious. There is a real work of searching for ideas, execution, presentation of the plates and the service are worthy of the restaurants of great chefs... We will come back with great pleasure during our next stay :)

12/05/2024: A pleasant experience each time we come, the cuisine is seasonal, reasoned, and obviously delicious. The cozy and intimate atmosphere is very soothing. A restaurant on a human scale, which is one of our favorites in Vaux sur mer!!

The welcome and contact with Florence and Laurent are exceptional. The chef's cuisine is modern, tasty and based on very high quality products, highlighted by perfect cooking and juices. 12/05/2024: A very nice address for an excellent gourmet dinner at La Flotte! A small, friendly room with just a few tables. A menu of some well-mastered seasonal dishes. A very nice welcome, with a thought for our 2.5 year old daughter (not always easy for this type of dinner) with a suitable armchair. The products are primarily local and of very good quality. The wine list is well developed and the pairing advice is appropriate. We highly recommend!

25/03/2024: A pleasant and delicious little restaurant. At lunchtime, we have the choice between 3 different platters, one vegetarian, one with fish and the last with meat. Everything is homemade and there is research into recipes and flavors. The only downside is that the restaurant can sometimes be a little noisy. It is very well located, next to the market.
