03/05/2024: When we arrived on the island we found this little restaurant by chance. Of our stay, the best quality/price ratio. Everything was delicious. Relaxed and professional atmosphere. The very nice team. We will return with great pleasure! Thank you and congratulations to the entire kitchen and service team. Go ahead with your eyes closed, don’t ask yourself any questions!

04/04/2024: Friday March 6 in the evening we went to the restaurant in Royan. When booking we made it clear that we were two couples but that each paid their part, i.e. two separate bills. Benefiting from a reduction put on the newspaper le pedlar: "One formula purchased, the second at 50%; only one coupon per visit" we saw ourselves reproached at the cash register or even at the beginning refusing the application of this one to each couple in a very non-commercial way. It was necessary to negotiate in order to obtain this discount. We regret the manager's uncommercial attitude because if he is not satisfied with the advertising placed in this free newspaper, it is up to him to see exactly how the discount is written. He wanted to apply the reduction to only one formula out of the 4 instead of 2. Loyal customer of this place, we will see in the future to return there. The manager's response is not frank and honest and we are frankly thinking of coming back to this restaurant if he is there. Why do I say not honest or frank, he forgets to specify that during the meal having made a remark about the quality of the meat he assured us he would come back in a few moments but he never came except to intervene in a somewhat commercial way at the checkout To say that he still took the coupons is true but he had to fight hard and it was up to him to review his advertising. Regret, we were used to this restaurant but we can rest assured that it will be able to continue its method of intimidation at the cash register on vulnerable people. Take the coupons in the Colporteur this month of March and try to experience two couples different tables while being close to share a friendly moment. We still returned to this restaurant and we congratulate the manager for the reorganization of the installation of the room following COVID: brighter, large space between tables and always welcoming and smiling staff. We appreciate the holiday suggestion of unlimited carpaccio but we still regret the one with tapenade not served but no problem everything is good.

04/04/2024: So good I love this restaurant it's my favorite and what's more they do takeaway I had the rosé wine this evening and the dessert it's so good to absolutely recommend

06/05/2024: Restaurant trouve par hasard pour un Lundi midi ! Heureusement il restait 3 places pour nous car nous n’avions pas réservé et les lieu était blinde des midi ! Très agréable surprise très bonne cuisine maison. 3 plats différents tous aussi bons les uns que les autres. L’encornet était super bien cuit avec la sauce chorizo juste bien dosée ! Les profiteroles très copieuses et excellentes ! Accueil très agréable et sympathique ainsi que le lieu genre loft. Une belle adresse à retenir dans cette commune. Rapport qualite prix excellent ! Continuez ainsi !!

05/05/2024: Absolutely delicious wood-fired pizzas! Well stocked and very tasty, a treat 😋 Next time we'll book earlier, the small intimate room is good but we're not in the mood with a view of the wood oven, a bit of a shame, but it's an opportunity to come back! (And to also taste the other specialties)

04/05/2024: Very good establishment. Quality cuisine and welcoming staff. The prices may seem a little high at first glance but the portions are very generous and you are far from left hungry, quite the contrary! Small downside for the chairs which are not very comfortable.

11/05/2024: Très joli restaurant avec ce grand patio extérieur et cette grosse cheminée qui permet de cuire la viande. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! L’andouillette 5A excellente et la braserade une tuerie avec une concept génial (on vous apporte une brasero directement sur la table avec du charbon de vigne). Pour les viandarts ou les personnes qui veulent changer du poisson et des huîtres, je vous conseille cette adresse ! En plus le spot du port est mignon comme tout ! Je recommande !
