30/05/2024: We chose "eat me" to celebrate my husband's birthday with around fifteen friends over 2 meals. We were very satisfied with the quality of the dishes offered, the presentation and the service offered. Dishes prepared using fresh, quality produce, with great care and originality. We were all won over by the delicate and original flavors. Finally, the service, very professional and punctual, allowed us to fully enjoy this unique moment. We therefore enthusiastically recommend this exceptional caterer. Eglantine and Julien.

28/05/2024: Great experience. Refined and generous homemade fqit. Special mention to the pavlova and the lean carpaccio. All with the smile of the adorable bosses.

19/05/2024: Just a restaurant evening... we are disappointed by the cuisine, not bad but rather ordinary which lacks refinement... and the price of a Michelin-starred restaurant... Following the charming response from L'Océan, I would like to point out that yes, I have a 17-year-old daughter and we therefore also go to McDonald's and KFC. My partner having worked for several years for the Michelin guide, we also know a few Michelin stars... The ironic contempt you express in your response to my opinion will make some people understand the importance you attach to your customers...

19/05/2024: This restaurant is one (if not THE) best restaurant on the island. The cuisine is tasty, classic while bringing a little touch of modernity (octopus and sausage, or monkfish studded with smoked tuna for example). The setting is also superb: intimate and carefully decorated room and interior courtyard. We come here once or twice a year during our visit to the Ile de Ré. The only small point of improvement for me: the boss should have a little more business sense. Indeed when regulars come twice a few days apart and pay a substantial bill (+160€ for each visit), we expect a small gesture (a digestive or aperitif), but this does not come to the minds of managers. Of course this is not likely to make us take away a star from this wonderful establishment! We will come back next year without fail!

20/05/2024: A little disappointed we wanted to have a coffee around 11:50 a.m. and it was a refusal the reason given, they no longer served coffee because they were starting the lunch service, the room was empty and the terrace empty ok. Too bad we had planned to have lunch there, or even dinner because we are still there until the 29th of this month...we are heading to other restaurants.

13/05/2024: Nice little restaurant in the center of Bois Plage. Nice terrace where you can stop for lunch or simply drink a coffee, chocolate or a good draft beer. Super nice and very courageous couple of restaurateurs. To recommend and see you soon!!

25/09/2023: If you are in the Bois Plage en Ré area, stopping at this restaurant is essential. We went there on a Saturday evening. The service was very professional and pleasant. Regarding the dishes, the quality is there as is the quantity. Some dishes are revisited like the goat's milk cheesecake, a real treat! Too bad we don't live nearby. I highly recommend
