27/05/2024: “Aux éphérites” is buzzing, this little bistronomic restaurant with an electric atmosphere and a refined setting, where everything is on the plate, concocted by Alex Suergiu, a breathtaking chef, dressed in his “Johnny” t-shirt, which evolves between local products. here and inspiration from elsewhere.
His qualities as an excellent craftsman exult thanks to the pretty dishes that shake up the slate of the market menu, offered according to the desire and the season. Quality, freshness, simplicity and conviviality are the key words of this “cook’n roll” team which fights against “pretentious and expensive” gastronomy.

What a pleasant surprise...a beautiful place (if you don't like the old one) the staff is friendly...
One thing I liked was that we weren't too tight on each other...
In terms of food, it was just very good!
Everything is homemade and it’s very generous!
There's a bit of a wait but when the plate is there it's worth the wait!
We will return

I highly recommend even if you have to spend a few minutes aperitif and digestive to get there!
26/05/2024: When I call at 8 p.m. to reserve a Saturday evening (3 people) the owner tells me that it is full.
We pass by and seeing tables available I push the door. Without a hello she tells me “it’s too late” (sorry the kitchen is closed would have been more appropriate). I ask her if she has a place to recommend, answer “further away”.
Too bad we were recommended this table but the welcome and the opening times need to be reviewed…
