30/04/2024: Venus une nouvelle fois en voisins de l établissement pour y apprécier le confort et l atmosphère très cosy des lieux dans son charmant écrin de verdure. Les mets de la carte " L'humeur du chef", ceviche de daurade, poisson de la criée ( lieu jaune au bisque de crustacés et petits légumes), suprême de poulet noir aux morilles, soufflé au citron et passion et son sorbet rendent compte de produits de très bonne qualité et d 'une bonne technique du chef ; les cuissons sont parfaitement justes et le rendu gustatif très bon. Deux bémols : - L atmosphère générale des lieux justifierait une nappe plutôt qu'un modeste set de table. - Proposer le paiement d'un pourboire sous forme de pourcentage au moment de l addition, cela est certes la norme aux USA, mais là bas c'est le mode de rémunération quasi exclusif du personnel de service, ces derniers ne recevant quasiment pas de salaire de leurs employeurs. Nous avons, pour notre part, préféré donner un pourboire sous la forme traditionnelle, justifié par un service diligent , sympathique et souriant. A noter, enfin, un excellent Saumur champigny, servi à une température parfaite, c'est à dire, fraîche.

03/03/2024: My wife and I went there during her lunch break which was a little tight for the moment, but the waitress was able to welcome us and serve quickly, and we thank her. As for the incredibly delicious burgers 😋 the crispy fries. We will come back again for sure.

19/05/2024: People restaurant which lives up to its name, directly on the beach. Aperitif with your feet in the sand, meal on the terrace, enough to have a great time overlooking the Bay of La Baule. Great spot to admire the sunset. The menu is simple but it's good. Remember to book, a good address is successful!

13/05/2024: I recommend the homemade salted caramel waffle with whipped cream. She is exceptional. The chocolate one is with chocolate chips which makes it much less delicious, which is a shame.

11/05/2024: Contrary to recent comments, the waffles remain as delicious as ever and a pleasure for the taste buds. Manuel remains a Bauloise institution and continues to remind us of our childhood pleasures!
