I recommend the homemade salted caramel waffle with whipped cream. She is exceptional. The chocolate one is with chocolate chips which makes it much less delicious, which is a shame.

Contrary to recent comments, the waffles remain as delicious as ever and a pleasure for the taste buds. Manuel remains a Bauloise institution and continues to remind us of our childhood pleasures!

More than an institution! A real pleasure to go there every time we go to La Baule. Tradition perpetuated with my children. The waffles are always just as good (homemade and melting) and the chocolate one is a real reference! So yes, some people will complain because it doesn't have Nutella on it! Sorry, but these are real chocolate chips that melt with the heat of the waffle! It's incomparable and fun ++++ We won't talk about niniches!!!!! My poppy favorite! And the ice cream!!!! Homemade ice cream!!!!! Thank you for keeping the traditions alive! Thank you for keeping this spirit of sharing and love for all these good things and for this beautiful family establishment!
