26/05/2024: We visited during the Lemon Festival in early February and there were many tourists, but we were lucky enough to get a seat for two people without making a reservation (remember to ask at early 12:00 lunch time, otherwise it will be difficult!) The store service is friendly , the food is also delicious. We ordered the mixed seafood appetizer, which was a killer bread! For the main meal, I ordered swordfish and tomato sauce pasta. The noodles tasted great, the sauce really adhered to the noodles, and the ingredients were very solid. The tiramisu for dessert after the meal was also excellent. I was very full and satisfied. Highly recommended!
24/05/2024: We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we came here multiple times during our stay in Menton. The Gnocchi special was to die for, and the mango Tuna tartare was an excellent starter. We also got the beef and mushroom tagliatelle as well as the Italian sausage & eggplant pizza.
The service was attentive, fun, and super nice. Great wine selection, and my only complaint was that we didn’t have room for dessert.
We are in Menton for three more days, and we will definitely be coming back for dinner again.

Very pleasant Italian specialties. I had the Milanese veal chop which was superb.
The artichoke parmesan starter was of a high standard.

20/03/2024: For the second time, but this time for lunch, I went to this restaurant. The "salade de chevre" with cheese inside three small sandwiches is very good. Great ! I have also reserved for a future evening. Always friendly waiters.

07/09/2023: Same beach, same sea for 18 years now. After knowing the kindness, the familiar and welcoming environment of Katia and Carlo, we never left them again. Here you will find the sea, relaxation, pleasant company and excellent cuisine. At Helios all the staff have always welcomed us with great availability and my family and I spent wonderful moments here. Thank you guys! 😍
27/08/2023: Thanks to this structure, managed for many years by Carlo and Katia, we spent peaceful summers in a family environment with excellent services and a lot of professionalism. Unfortunately, a change is expected due to the renovation project of the private beaches. We hope that the result will allow families and elderly people to continue along the same lines. In any case, it will never be the same as before and we regret it. We chose Menton as a retreat above all for the opportunities it offers and the tranquility that can be enjoyed. Thanks to Carlo and Katia for these beautiful summers!

02/01/2024: We had reserved a table, but unfortunately we were only told in the restaurant that only a small menu (7-8 dishes) would be available. After 10 minutes, however, our neighboring tables all received the regular large menu. Only when we asked again did we get the normal menu (apparently the problem in the kitchen had been resolved in the meantime). However, we would have expected that we would have the opportunity to order from the large menu even without asking.
The toilets were also closed, the alternative was the disabled toilet. Unfortunately this was permanently occupied. Unfortunately, the maps were only available in French.
The meal was okay.
Nevertheless, we left the restaurant disappointed
02/01/2024: Very bad experience. I and other friends had very serious food poisoning, with a fever of 38, vomiting and diarrhoea, after eating sea bass carpaccio and lobster paccheri. Ruined New Year's Eve and very rude staff (they hung up on us as soon as we informed them of the poisoning)

They gave me an answer, where they talk about a totally different thing. I don't know who they confused me with, but it's very ugly.
24/08/2023: Lovely view at this beachside restaurant with good service, friendly staff and delicious fresh food. We really enjoyed our meals there especially the veal cutlet, steak & fish with citron sauce. Would definitely recommend.
