Your establishment was recommended to us by my cousin, one of your professional acquaintances (Sylvain Gasdon in Orsay) and my son who is in BTS cooking at the Faculty of Trades who had the chance to come and do a cooking workshop with you. A superb moment that took my partner and me on a journey. A delicate cuisine, with a lot of finesse, the taste buds are awakened all this with seasonal and local cuisine. And a splendid setting. 23/03/2024: A small restaurant where you have to go in Saint Malo. Excellent grilled cuisine, impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly. Superb plate of tapas as a starter and duck breasts for us. It was hearty and succulent. Our neighbors' meat plates weren't bad at all either.

06/04/2024: We had an excellent evening at Bistrot de Jean. First of all: the warm welcome from the team, the tastefully decorated place and above all… the quality of the cuisine!!! We feasted. Fresh and local products. Careful knowledge of the menu by the friendly waiter. It was difficult to make a choice, we took as many different dishes as possible per person to be able to taste as many as possible. Even the dressing was perfect! Best restaurant we've had in the area! Thank you all for the quality of your work, we will be back!

(My partner specified my diet when booking) I am sure that even without specifying when booking you would have managed to adapt well!! Thank you really, a first restaurant in 3 years where we feel normal, at ease or we enjoy ourselves!! Thank you to the chef for creating and innovating for people with diets and thank you to everyone for the welcome and kindness!! A restaurant, clean, top service, all the people who work there are attentive and very kind, very good value for money. Fresh and local products!! We loved coming but this only confirms that this evening we will come back for sure!!

It's a small restaurant, sea view, short and inventive menu, tasty, original, fresh produce, absolutely delicious, very nicely presented plates. Very pleasant sound ambiance, and not very noisy, because there are few tables! Doggies accepted. And then the service? He is extremely friendly and very professional at the same time. Warm, efficient, good advice based on your tastes, also adapted to your constraints (gluten-free). And the chef is very friendly in addition to being very talented! In the end, we found a real cocoon of physical and taste well-being there that we highly recommend!
