28/02/2024: Top-notch cuisine, we are never disappointed when we order from them. The delivery people are super smiley, it’s a pleasure. I highly recommend

24/02/2024: Order this evening, I make sure the order is understood. I receive an incomplete order billed in full. It is 3 euros but I call. The person on the phone tells me that the person in charge cannot speak to me, that they will come and deliver the missing item to me because I do not want a commercial gesture (this is not the first mistake and I do not necessarily want to recommend!). 'wait I call back, again and again, I am blocked. I end up having an undrinkable person who asks me "if I speak French, do you understand when someone speaks to you" "there is no death of a man" "don't don't worry, the waitress will charge a lot." I protest, no, it's not her fault, you are responsible and must speak to your customers when they make a mistake. The aggressive person cannot speak, speaks at the same time and gets angry! I have always been correct, given to drink etc... but now they have lost a customer and this waitress at reception who is going to take... it's just unacceptable!!!

30/04/2024: First for me, my dish arrived lukewarm I find the fries either overcooked or the oil too old.

19/02/2024: Everything is very good, it shows that it is made with good products, a very good burger bun, the steak very good, the fries very good. It's clean and pleasant. On the other hand, too expensive in relation to the quantity, a single burger costs €13, fries not included, and a menu costs €17... 2 or 3 euros less, 5 stars!

25/02/2024: Being a regular at the place, the service is getting worse and worse. Firstly a room without austere without music and the chairs are broken not to mention the friendliness at a minimum. Next, let’s talk about the menu! I have the impression that the franchise copies (and not in a good way) a little too much of the big firm at M. The few fries and sauces in the burger are scandalous and yet the price remains the same... Very disappointing...

25/01/2024: Very good restaurant, a very nice and varied starter buffet, excellent main course for lunch it was Filet mignon or deer sauté after cheese dessert and coffee for a very good price.

11/04/2024: Very friendly staff with a smile, nothing to say, I took their hamburger, very good, only the fries, I don't know if it's homemade or not, but it remains dry and it's a shame that they didn't add a little salt or sauce to the choice above

09/05/2024: The food had no flavor, and all you could taste was condiment. The cheese was not even melted on the burgers. The regular fries were almost hot, while the cheese fries we room temperature. The service was quick (nothing else). The entire place was DISGRACEFULLY FILTHY. While I understand it was a busy dinner hour for this business, there were unbussed tables everywhere while people stood waiting. Trash and food on the floor (You get the picture). But the absolute WORST (AND received GLOWING reviews) was the restroom! One toilet, no unrinal, no SOAP and HUGE puddle of urine on the floor. Such an environment is NOT anyone's idea of a nice time!
