A real treat from aperitif to dessert, quality products cooked wonderfully.

03/04/2024: i really liked the chicken katsu ramen ! the katsu was very crunchy and i also like the soup in the ramen. i love the servers because they are so friendly and also very informative. i went with my friends who are muslim and the server make sure that the beef and the chicken are halal 😄

06/04/2024: Small restaurant hidden at the end of a courtyard far from the hubbub of the port. Warm and friendly welcome. We ate very well and the prices were very reasonable. We recommend the bull steak and the saffron, calissons and lavender sorbets. Well done to the whole team, have a good season and see you soon

26/12/2023: What a surprise to call to make a reservation and to hear the answering machine announcing the restaurant was closed.
Via Pila was our favorite restaurant in Montpellier, to which we enjoyed coming frequently. We had an excellent time there with the dishes always plentiful and delicious. Thank you to the whole team and good luck to everyone. We will miss you !

11/05/2024: Superb welcome arrived with my doggie straight away. We gave him a bowl of water, very welcome and the burgers are exceptional with unlimited fries. Sauce as desired. Unlimited salad, exceptionally friendly waiter. Really very nice. I recommend if you go to Montpellier best burgers in Montpellier.

09/05/2024: Deuxième expérience dans ce restaurant toujours excellent !
Nous avons tout apprécié : les mets excellents, le Chef très sympathique, son équipe sereine !
L'amuse-bouche avec l'oeuf confit (cette technique fut une découverte pour nous) et l'émulsion au poireau forte en goût, un régal ! La délicieuse huile d'olive avec la focaccia et leurs petits pains divers.
Comme nous étions deux, l'un a reçu le plat de poisson, l'autre le plat de viande, occasion de goûter aux deux !
De même pour les desserts que nous nous sommes partagés.
Des goûts fins et marqués comme on aime, des sauces excellentes dont l'une teintée d'agrumes et d'épices par exemple, des découvertes...

Le concept est original, on choisi un plat végétarien et on l'accompagne si on le souhaite de viande ou de poisson.
Le tout en fraîcheur et en goût.
23/04/2024: Simple, original and sophisticated cuisine. Limited menu in the good sense of the word, you can feel the work in each of the dishes. Every time I go there, I'm not disappointed!
The menu will delight vegans, vegetarians, but also meat and fish lovers, thanks to an option that can be added to each dish!
