23/04/2024: Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, un mardi soir.
En rappelant bien évidemment pour indiquer que nous aurions 15 minutes de retard, à notre arrivée (20h02), porte close, et les lumières qui s'éteignent quand on tape à la porte.....je passerai les autres détails que le patron de ce pseudo établissement nous a dit....BREF, à éviter, leur publicité sera à hauteur de leur accueil, c'est à dire MINABLE

The cuisine is very balanced, not too fatty, good, well-selected meat.
And a great mix of flavors. I highly recommend.

01/04/2024: Superb discovery during a visit to Sommières, the menu offered was delicious with hot plates! Just the way I like it. The meat was served with its mash and its vegetables delighted our taste buds. A big positive point for the welcome and the service. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to enter with your eyes closed!

24/03/2024: Dinner with friends with children, 8 at the table, we were very well received, the children's menus are fresh products and decorated like the dishes for adults. To wait while the children ate, we tasted the excellent mimosa eggs with truffle oil, we tasted the cod, the andouillette, the sweetbreads and the burgers, everything is mastered, the toppings are seasonal ( end of winter vegetables as well as beginning of green asparagus). Don’t skip desserts, you’ll regret it! Start of strawberry season, the strawberry tart is exquisite. In short, we will return without hesitation.

25/03/2024: Fantastic! A great discovery in the heart of Aigüesmortes. We chose an aubergine starter, a lamb tagine and a chicken couscous. Everything was delicious. Including the mint tea at the end.

Adorable welcome, a very warm and pleasant place, and as far as the cuisine is concerned, a real treat! Finesse, balance of quantities and flavors, everything is very well adjusted, sincerely a total taste satisfaction! We are delighted with this experience and will definitely come back! Special little star for Clémentine who took care of us with professionalism, kindness and an infectious smile!
