18/05/2024: We decided to go to this restaurant after advice from friends and it was a real revelation. The place is very pleasant, a small, discreet restaurant in a pedestrian street in Bordeaux. A very nice bar with many bottles of alcohol on display. Or even a wine cellar in the basement with the possibility of visiting it if you are a real enthusiast. The staff is very welcoming, very attentive, and takes care to satisfy you from the start to the end of your service. Your glass of water is empty, you are short of bread or you want a little more sauce - everything will be refilled by the waiters accompanied by a smile or a little funny comment. They also don't hesitate to take an interest in you over a little conversation to keep you waiting until the next dish. As for the food, the ideal word to describe this experience would be: breathtaking. On the menu, you will find 3 starters, 3 main courses, three desserts - all made with quality products. Each dish gives you a true culinary experience. The sauces are divine, the cooking of the meat and fish perfectly mastered (an incredible melting appearance) all in an almost artistic composition combining acidity, sugar and salt. We chose the starter, main course and dessert menu which appealed to us, all for 47 euros. We were also treated to an appetizer at the beginning and at the end. A highly coveted restaurant in Bordeaux that deserves its reputation. And which even deserves more stars. Go for it! ✨️

05/04/2024: If I could, I would have given it 6 stars! We received an excellent welcome, were pampered and showered with little touches throughout the meal. I recommend the foie gras and its delicious homemade chutney as a starter, the steak was tender and generous and the chocolate fondant, killer! Excellent first experience at the parliamentary table, go there with your eyes closed! To be completely honest, the fries are not homemade, that's the only downside. We received good advice on wine and the prices were very reasonable. So 6 ⭐️ for me!

22/05/2024: The setting is refined, the cuisine is sophisticated, original and creative, for a Lunch Break Menu package for €50, without drinks. Everything was perfect, even excellent, Bravo to Chef Thomas Morel! You deserve to be starred! Pessac Léognan white wine with exquisite fish. Disappointed by the red wine by the glass, to drink with the guinea fowl, we did not want a Collioure and the adorable waitress offered us a Médoc 2018, the bottle being already opened, I am not sure of the wine, who appeared to be very young: 2 years old max. Damage ! Perfect staff, attentive.

10/05/2024: Specialized restaurant for couples: only tables for 2! Candles, glitter... the decoration is classic but the subdued lighting and the playlist make the place quite nice. The manager who welcomes us is a phenomenon in his own right, a colorful character. It made us smile, why not. His cook, on the other hand, had an insistent look on my wife during his services, she and I noticed it... The menu is quite classic, the dishes we tasted were all good but very basic and sometimes too rich, notably the charlotte for dessert filled with cream and sugar. The whole thing is not worth the price or its Google rating, in our opinion. On the other hand, the reservation system requires us to enter our bank details and a charge of €60 is automatically applied... I have never seen that outside of Michelin-starred restaurants... ------ EDIT ------ My dear aunt Charlotte, As usual in your responses, even in the face of a neutral and argumentative comment, you find a way to get excited and express your inner hatred. I don't know what happened in your life to cause you to have so much anger but it saddens me. Learn that if you manage an establishment open to the public, you are exposed to criticism, and that this word is not negative in itself. If you don't accept them, you are simply not cut out for this job. I tried to be nuanced in my comments to be constructive. If you don't understand it, too bad for you! 27/05/2024: Always a pleasure, for a big hunger! The burgers are hearty, the dishes are generously garnished but not too much. The fries are good, as well as the salad dressing. The staff is very friendly and works in a good communicative atmosphere. Only downside: the cleanliness of the toilets in the basement could be improved, but that in no way affects the main thing: the dishes which bring real pleasure. See you soon :)

11/05/2024: It was excellent as a starter I had the prawns with hummus I loved it and as a main course the duck confis with porcini mushroom ravioli the delicious sauce and the duck cooking too. The setting is very, very beautiful with the small successions of happenings, it's super nice. I already want to go back there.

28/03/2024: Excellent in every sense of the word. We went there for dinner last night with my sister and loved and savored each of the dishes, which is quite rare for a tasting menu. The dessert was divine, as were the cocktails. The service and timing of the dishes were perfect, the atmosphere gentle and pleasant. Really nothing to complain about. 29/05/2024: Upon arrival, the lawn was populated by quite a few screaming toddlers. Reluctantly, we went inside and were pleasantly surprised! Turns out that this place is quite popular with families in the neighborhood. Food was very appealing, if somewhat limited. Admittedly, it is a small restaurant. Service was delightful!

24/05/2024: We enjoyed this little cool break, very nice in the shade of the trees. The “pebble”, whose architecture is very original, is attached to the botanical garden. We were finally served by very nice people. I recommend !
