13/05/2024: Excellent evening spent with family in this warm and friendly restaurant in a charming alley a stone's throw from the port.
The welcome and contact with Florence and Laurent are exceptional.
The chef's cuisine is modern, tasty and based on very high quality products, highlighted by perfect cooking and juices.
The chef is passionate and communicates this passion with great generosity and simplicity.
You feel like you're invited to a friend's house.

12/05/2024: A very nice address for an excellent gourmet dinner at La Flotte!
A small, friendly room with just a few tables. A menu of some well-mastered seasonal dishes. A very nice welcome, with a thought for our 2.5 year old daughter (not always easy for this type of dinner) with a suitable armchair. The products are primarily local and of very good quality. The wine list is well developed and the pairing advice is appropriate. We highly recommend!

20/05/2024: Excellent restaurant, we all enjoyed the dishes we chose from the evening menu but also the desserts. Everything was very good without forgetting an excellent welcome and service. Don't hesitate to go there, you certainly won't be disappointed.

24/10/2023: Ok food at a bit high price. What we didn't like was especially the waitress who was not pleasant, disrespectful and aggressive, from start to finish. The worst was at the end when she came to us to tell us to clean the toilets because our children had supposedly put a few drops of pee on the bowl! Wasn't it the pillars of the counter with whom she was chatting? Being polite, we complied. But we will never come back. If you don't like being in contact with customers, change jobs.

A cold welcome, in 2021, I ask if I can breastfeed my 6 month old daughter, I am told "yes of course in the toilet".... Shameful answer.... Do you eat in the toilet????
May 2024, we decide to go back so as not to be left with a bad memory... we are looking at the menu when the waitress calls out to us to say "if that makes you decide we only have fish for the children" on a clearly not pleasant tone.
So we are distributed to eat elsewhere this time and the next.
Rest assured that you will not see us again. And that we will not fail to mention your restaurant to those around us.

Perfect cuisine, generous platter even for 11, extremely tender piece of beef, good oysters, and very good dessert
We were upstairs with a nice view of the port and we had a very pleasant server, smiling, attentive, kind to the children, excellent person

04/05/2024: Excellent neighborhood restaurant. Simple and generous cuisine like the boss. The couscous is excellent and very well served. The fish, skate wing, a delight.....A no-fuss menu for all taste buds and a generosity in the dishes.
A nice and friendly place, with a beautiful terrace, which is worth stopping there.

11/03/2024: My daughters are still fans of these tarts. Discovery, Crab Thai, 5th Avenue... They are all good and have become our ritual every time we land on the Ile de Ré.

For the choice, no displays, no photos, just flyers like pizza flyers.
Presentation of the product in the image of the feeling, pitiful white box and parchment paper.
What a desappointment !
The cakes that appear to be the most delicious are made to order (but that's a surprise).
The prices are absurd, €20 for a chocolate gourmand for 4 people????
35 € if you consume it on site ????
Bravo, I don't know how it is possible to sell such a basic product so expensively

I recommend the restaurant (and bar) it's quite quiet and the employees are very friendly.
