13/05/2024: My husband and I had the set lunch menu in May.
The staff were impeccable, the venue was utterly stunning and the food quality unrivalled. The desert was by far the best we've ever had.
Taking in to consideration the high quality of food and service, the lunch menu seems incredibly good value. I've often spent a lot more on food that was nowhere near as good.
I'd absolutely recommend taking a glass of blanchette out on the terrace in the sun. The wine was delicious and the views made holiday memories that will last a lifetime!

28/03/2024: This restaurant was chosen based on good reviews and ratings. It is located on the 0th floor. We were met by the chef, our order was prepared very quickly. It was delicious, good prices. Fish soup, squid with rice, fish were all delicious.
Minus one - there is no hood in the room.
28/03/2024: Today we had dinner at this restaurant. The portions are large and the taste is above average. Service in English is a plus. Minus the room with a kitchen in which there was not enough exhaust power and the burning smells were worrying. The restaurant is located in the basement and there is little air. Overall rating 3 out of 5.

18/05/2024: The boss is fantastic, he tells his dishes like a story, he is passionate and makes us want to taste everything! The products are fresh and local, the dishes are homemade and well cooked, full of flavors from here and elsewhere. We had a great time and recommend the place with our eyes closed! A very nice discovery! Girls from the North ;-)
17/05/2024: Ignored this place on first sight but went for dinner and was very impressed. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Unusual menu, but very good food and wine. Came back for lunch and tried all new food on the patio out front. Same great service and more good food.

The welcome is sincerely pleasant, the chef's recipes are always super fresh and delicately composed.
The desserts are the height of indulgence.
We are happy to have discovered them.

02/04/2024: Good choice! It was during our visit to the medieval city, we were looking for a quiet place and boy did it surprise us. Small place with little capacity, but very well prepared dishes and beautiful presentations, delicious flavors!
It has a menu for 20 euros, with 2 choices for a starter, main course and dessert, water and bread, it does not include drinks.
Highlight the attention on the part of the chef/waitress, since she alone remained in charge of the restaurant at all times and her good service is surprising.
Highly recommended!

06/05/2024: Restaurant near Porte d’Aude that we advise you to reserve in advance. The food is good and plentiful. The environment is really nice, we recommend going outside for sunny days. Our opinion on the welcome and the service is mixed. We had a very friendly waitress (daughter of the manager) but it is not the same for the manager who is not very friendly and does not treat the children who clearly embarrass her. Not to be confused with the Plo Tower garden.

The cuisine is exceptional, a big thank you to the chef.
The welcome with a smile, the service is perfect, thank you very much to the waitresses.
Don't go to Carcassonne without stopping at this restaurant.
We will gladly come back !
24/03/2024: What a desappointment ! I had lunch at this restaurant two years ago and it was great.
Now it's a disaster! The cassoulet is very fatty and without any flavor. The restaurant has become soulless. The service is cold and fast. And prices have skyrocketed!!!
And a special mention for the toilets, ridiculously small and with a very low ceiling.
One might wonder how this restaurant got a star...
In short, a very bad experience, I won't come back.
