09/03/2024: The BEST Japanese restaurant around. A culinary ecstasy assured frankly, for me who doesn't eat 🐟 raw fish, I literally threw myself on it, extra fresh fish that melts in my mouth. 29/02/2024: Rarely have I eaten such bad sushi, apart from once, a tray that I was able to get in a supermarket. Being a salesman, I was able to try many restaurants in Bordeaux, Bayonne, Poitiers, Paris, Grenoble, La Roche Yon... Without even tasting them, I knew that it would not be good, you can see it by the color of the rice which is different (it shines). The rice is mushy (in my opinion the rice is not rinsed before cooking, a process which removes the starch, which gives this sticky texture), complicated to chew, and on top of that the sushi Are big and not particularly good done, the canned tuna mix was frozen. I have even eaten better sushi in restaurants, all-you-can-eat wok buffet. The soup wasn't bad but surprised not to see any mushrooms. Concerning coleslaw, the latter did not marinate long enough because it was still crunchy. Very surprised to see so many favorable opinions (I think people didn't have too much to compare). Big progress to be made... Avoid for the moment.

07/03/2024: The restaurant is very noisy, the mezzanine makes an incredible resonance. The choice is very limited, most of the products are industrial and for the buffet price you can have a good restaurant for the same price. Restaurant to avoid!

12/05/2024: No but frankly at some point you have to stop, never open during opening hours, not to mention the fact that it is closed on Sunday, catastrophic, please organize, don't forget that you are located in the center of several stores, a little seriousness please and respect your contractual hours to begin with, thank you.

07/05/2024: (I change my note, they have improved) The worst Subway I have ever seen!! -Dirty, no hygiene. -They are not friendly -2 voltage - Very stingy about doses, they use as little as possible I've been there a few times over a period of a year and it's always the same... place to flee. Instead go to subway downtown/minimes they are much much better.
