This is the 2nd time we have come to the Courtepaille in La Rochelle and frankly we are not disappointed, a great welcome from Timothée and Antoine! Very good atmosphere!
Efficiency of service and lots of attention!
Of the 2 pieces of beef, one had been requested medium rare and was served well cooked but the cook immediately offered to change it. Which we kindly refused.
When paying, dessert (a colonel) was offered to the person paying and whose birthday it was!
We really appreciated this commercial gesture and we will come back.

Great welcome, top notch staff who care about their customers. There is a very good atmosphere.
Tim the waiter is super friendly and the man at the grill manages the cooking of the meats really well.
I recommend this Courtepaille!!!

April 28 for dinner. Frankly delighted, we came as a family, very warm welcome from competent young people, very concerned about the well-being of their customers, very pleasant service (smiles for our waitress) plus a young man took care of the cooking at the fireplace, result: a duck breast with very controlled cooking!!!
