21/03/2024: Best kebab in Schiltigheim and maybe even in Strasbourg! The bread is homemade, the raw vegetables are generous and the meat is very good without ever being too salty! The managers are super nice! I recommend 100%

01/04/2024: I do not recommend this hotel, a member of the team who is not very accommodating, I had the wrong reservation date in December, and even by warning a month in advance no commercial gesture was granted. We will no doubt say in response that these are the conditions of sale, but in fact a refund would have been entirely possible.

09/05/2024: I don't go to McDonald's often because something is always missing or the order is wrong. Bingo again today. I order a menu with potatoes, I receive fries, a yogurt drink for children that I didn't order, free of charge, thank you 😁 I go to the counter for a request, 'I waited 10 minutes until someone deigned to look up and come see me. The staff is not smiling, and when there is a rush, 'tough,' they are all scattered or some are dragging their feet. I waited 15 minutes for a simple menu and not what I ordered! Fast food? Ugh. I understand why I rarely go there. You will have to review the organization of your employees and train them a little more and/or take people who are motivated because it looks like we are forcing them to come to work. The McDonald's chains in the countryside are still more professional than in the cities. 😉 The exterior was dirty, the trash cans were full to the brim, tons of easels on the tables but none at the terminals... And when I read the other opinions, I see that for ages, nothing has changed...
