This restaurant has an incredible dining room! A menu with lots of choice, it's really great to have found a place that offers such an exceptional culinary experience. The service was IMPECCABLE, thank you very much to the entire Fischerstub restaurant team for this superb evening that I will not soon forget! A satisfied customer is a returning customer 🙏🏼

Not the best, but still worth a detour. Aside from the food not being the freshest, the beer couldn’t come any more fresh as the restaurant sits in an old still functional brewery.

Quality and very hearty cuisine. A cordon bleu for Monsieur and for me some doe stew with chanterelles, all accompanied by spaetzles. For dessert, Vosges cuts. A delicacy that I didn't get enough of, the quantity was there. Quality service too. Small downside about the noise but it's part of the atmosphere in a restaurant. We will come back
