20/05/2024: Very pleasant discovery of a gourmet restaurant: opposite the Château de Blois, on the shore of the Loire, finally real French cuisine.
The two of us chose for lunch, main course + dessert:
. Sweetbreads: the house’s signature dish and we understand why 😀
. poultry ballotine: well-controlled and tasty cooking
. Raspberry tartlet on caramel cream: good pastry
. but special mention for the mango sorbet on a fresh apricot soup: a combination of good taste and refreshing.
All served with kindness, good wine advice (by the glass) for each dish.
Well done to the chef and the whole team.

14/01/2024: Bad service. We ask for drinks for three people and the lady who is supposed to take our order listens to us then tells us that she has to do something else. Other people arrive and she takes their order, there is clearly favoritism even though there were almost no people there. A little disappointed with this place we asked for cake and the lady told us that it was not the right day! Tuesday you can but the next day no. This is completely stupid. Despite this bad experience, I leave a 2nd star because the hot chocolate was really excellent

20/05/2024: We came to eat here after visiting the magic museum. It was raining, we were on the outside terrace, and we were kindly offered a place inside first to have a drink. Then, after seeing you pass the plan, we decided to stay and eat. The dish was plentiful, decent, not bad at all. There is also a children's menu, since our children eat like adults. The team is friendly, the welcome too, nice address
