09/05/2024: A well-deserved Michelin star. We chose a surprise meal in 7 courses, with wine and food pairing. The dishes followed one another brilliantly, each finer than the last, and more particularly a great discovery of caviar.

04/05/2024: Very good address. We discovered this not very large restaurant by chance. We chose the discovery menu. It was a well-seasoned treat, fresh produce. Quiet place, very soft music, you have to strain your ears to hear anything.
Nothing to say, we'll do it again...

The room staff is intentional.
In his open kitchen, the Chef has a smile and takes pleasure in preparing your dishes.
If you are passing through Vienna (in Isère not in Austria), there is at least one restaurant that you must discover, Muse.
This restaurant is located on rue du Musée near the magnificent Cours Romestang, one of the city's shopping streets.
The dishes are as beautiful as they are good.
The wine list highlights all the nectars of the Rhône valley.
I recommend “La Batie”, a Viennese wine from Domaine Billon.
Without hesitation, come and taste Muse, its cuisine, its wines and its endearing staff.

Nous avons tout apprécié : les mets excellents, le Chef très sympathique, son équipe sereine !
L'amuse-bouche avec l'oeuf confit (cette technique fut une découverte pour nous) et l'émulsion au poireau forte en goût, un régal ! La délicieuse huile d'olive avec la focaccia et leurs petits pains divers.
Comme nous étions deux, l'un a reçu le plat de poisson, l'autre le plat de viande, occasion de goûter aux deux !
De même pour les desserts que nous nous sommes partagés.
Des goûts fins et marqués comme on aime, des sauces excellentes dont l'une teintée d'agrumes et d'épices par exemple, des découvertes...

04/04/2024: Very special, elegant atmosphere, pleasantly enlivened by the huge painting by Grison "Fête du Village". So many attentive and nice young restaurant professionals - servers and sommeliers. The food was imaginative and plentiful - with lots of attention. Definitely very filling! Interesting ingredients to read for later: the escargots from Ebersheim, the Pinot noir from Gut Dahlmann, the sanglier from the Vosges (sustainable;-)) with the Gin Rosa from the distillery in Strasbourg itself, the beurre de Bresse....A Experience!
04/04/2024: La cuisine est délicieuse et inventive de l’entrée au dessert. L’entrée avec des escargots était parfaite. Le poisson était cuit à la perfection, le cochon accompagné d’une endive farcie excellente.
