04/04/2024: Fast and pleasant service, excellent and authentic meal: the true taste of cassoulet! :-)

04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly restaurant (friendly owner and waiter), as well as our American table neighbors, great encounters. You absolutely have to stop at this little restaurant for this famous cassoulet 😋 If we go back through Castelnaudary, obligatory stop at Ptit Moka 👍 Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't be disappointed. 01/05/2024: We had the Nebuchadnezzar menu and we were not disappointed by the quality of the food that was served to us. The products were very good, well cooked and well presented, the dishes were faultless. Regarding the service, we are generally satisfied but we had the impression of being a little rushed with the plates being removed when we had barely finished. Finally, the downside of the evening is the food and wine pairing. To my taste, the wines offered were not up to the standard of the excellent cuisine: a Saint Pourçain and a Fiefs Vendée in particular for the whites, as well as a Languedoc and a Touraine for the reds. Despite this, the general impression remains very good and we will come back to eat here but we will take the wines separately.

30/04/2024: Un très bon déjeuner avec un remarquable choix de plats ce qui est rare aujourd'hui. Les mets sont délicieux et le service efficace. L'ambiance est plutôt cosy. Les tables sont bien espacées. À recommander.

30/03/2024: Everything was very delicious and we are used to eat Brazilian dishes frequently. Great Picanha, farofa, etc and cocos/banana dessert was delicious. Liked also the Brazilian beer and Caipirinhas.

29/03/2024: We arrived at 12:10 a.m. with my aunt after a very difficult journey… Initially the waiter told us he was sorry but no more food was being served. We kindly told him that we were really unlucky, as we were exhausted from our trip…which was true. The young man kindly seated us and told us that he was still going to prepare food for us because he is also a cook :) It was delicious, and on top of that, it must be said, it feels good to see people invested in their work... Clearly I thank him and I will return with pleasure to the red circle!

21/03/2024: We arrived slightly late, the welcome remained incredibly cheerful. The cocktail menu is interesting (my favorite is the Red Baron). For the presentation of the card, carried out by Victor (not Corsican for a penny), we can speak of a theatrical tirade. Regarding the dishes, everything was excellent! Finally, the atmosphere was great. Thank you very much for this superb experience!!

25/04/2024: Très bonne expérience. Les plats étaient juste excellents, de bons produits et un bon mélange des saveurs. Le service était très bien également. Si je devais faire un petit reproche ce serait au niveau du dessert qui est allé un peu trop loin dans l'originalité et qui, à mon gout, avec trop de différentes saveurs, partait un peu dans tous les sens . Mais bon, je suis très critique là, n"hésitez surtout pas à aller dans ce restaurant.

18/04/2024: We went for the L’envol menu. Mum was pescatarian and they kindly accommodated. Good ambience and the staff were very attentive. Fantastic dishes using regional ingredients. I went for the wine pairing and the sommelier was passionate and informative. I dare say the wine shone brighter than the dishes but overall a great experience! Highly recommended!

15/03/2024: Excellent lunch!! Everything is good: wines, starters, main courses, desserts. I loved the sea bream and my husband, the veal shoulder. The owner, since 2008, is very welcoming and pleasant. I recommend without reservation.

13/03/2024: This restaurant was an awesome find. It's a one man operation with the chef doing service as well as all the cooking. He was welcoming and is clearly passionate about his food and wants you to enjoy it. The food was delicious and was our best meal in Paris. What an experience.

24/03/2024: Une belle découverte et une très bonne cuisine toute en saveurs et en parfums. Une recherche en fonction du marché voilà qui est rare de nos jours. Petite carte, mais quelle carte exceptionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec des amis curieux de découvrir ce sympathique chef.

05/04/2024: The welcome is attentive, a small glass as an aperitif, free, exquisite cuisine, everything is perfect! There is private parking behind the room.
