Les Caudalies sur Vichy

We had the Nebuchadnezzar menu and we were not disappointed by the quality of the food that was served to us. The products were very good, well cooked and well presented, the dishes were faultless. Regarding the service, we are generally satisfied but we had the impression of being a little rushed with the plates being removed when we had barely finished. Finally, the downside of the evening is the food and wine pairing. To my taste, the wines offered were not up to the standard of the excellent cuisine: a Saint Pourçain and a Fiefs Vendée in particular for the whites, as well as a Languedoc and a Touraine for the reds. Despite this, the general impression remains very good and we will come back to eat here but we will take the wines separately.

You have a gift card worth 150 euros and a bill of 116 euros. You don't get the difference in a gift card or they take the difference of 34 euros for themselves. What should we think about it? I find this very cavalier on their part. Be careful with their gift cards so make several of different values. Very disappointed with the way things were done.

Magnifique expérience dans ce merveilleux restaurant situé dans le quartier ancien de Vichy et au décor somptueux. Nous avons dégusté le repas de Pâques qui présentait un choix d'entrées , de plats et de desserts extraordinaire. Cette première expérience fut totalement réussie . Cuisine très élaborée et succulente et de plus extrêmement copieuse. Service du personnel absolument impeccable et très efficace à tous égards. Beaucoup d'attention et de courtoisie à l'égard de la clientèle. Nous avons été ravis de notre déjeuner et nous reviendrons aux Caudalies dès que possible. Michel et Marie Moulin Lyon

N'hésitez pas à venir dans ce restaurant de Vichy à la belle salle à la décoration vivifiante ! Une cuisine originale et parfaitement maîtrisée vous y attend. Vous y passerez un bon moment dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. Service attentif.

Un régal. Le menu est spectaculaire ! À chaque fois que nous venons nous ne sommes pas déçus.

Endroit désigné pour un moment gastronomique. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. Les plats sont soignés et pleins de saveurs. Réellement, c'est un endroit à fortement recommander.
