Always very well received at the hippocampe. It’s simple, I’m never disappointed. Everything is very good, well cooked, in good quantity for a restaurant of this type. Fast service. Pleasant and smiling waiters. Nice decoration. Little noisy. A very good address in Vichy

31/03/2024: A quality house for which welcoming customers is not an empty word but rather a philosophy. Very high-end hospitality, highly recommended. A delighted, enchanted customer, a wonderful time spent in this establishment. THANK YOU.
16/03/2024: Accustomed to stars, I was disappointed by the meal. The dishes are noble but the cuisine is inferior to other Auvergne star restaurants. Especially the desserts with a flan unworthy of a starred restaurant Nothing to say for the setting, the atmosphere and the staff (although the park work is currently destroying the landscape). Moreover, the passage in the kitchen left me wondering. end because I really felt like I was bothering the boss!

01/04/2024: First visit since the change of owners, and it's a real good discovery. Everything was perfect, as beautiful as it was good. All the dishes presented were stunning and delicious. The breads offered with each dish were simply perfect. A big thank you to the whole team, thanks to whom we had a great time.
31/03/2024: Excellent. In addition, the chef is open to adapting the menu to a vegetarian diet. I highly recommend!
