One of the best restaurants in Troyes city center. The burger is succulent, the andouillette with chaource sauce is a treat, the desserts are exquisite, and a beautiful wine list completes it all. In addition, the room and the general atmosphere are very pleasant. Efficient, professional and very friendly waiters. I recommend 100%

Simply a great meal! Friendly table for 7, friendly waiters. Good rillettes to share… andouillette with chaource sauce and its essential fries… very good chocolate pouring! Special mention for the gourmet coffee offered because it was made too much by mistake! Do not hesitate !

We dined at the restaurant (Tout Simplement) during our visit to Troyes and honestly everything was exquisite from starter to dessert. The excellent foie gras (and I'm an amateur!), the tasty burger, a beautiful plate of duck breast with delicious little vegetables, a succulent puree and a divine sauce, and the "revisited" Pavlova was perfect in its lightness and sweetness. Without forgetting the service: charming and very pleasant.
