I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend. Very good cuisine, a chestnut velouté... Yum-yum... a duo of fish, a real treat and impeccable service and such nice people! I highly recommend it. Really worth discovering. Remember to book 🫶🫶

05/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Troyes city center. The burger is succulent, the andouillette with chaource sauce is a treat, the desserts are exquisite, and a beautiful wine list completes it all. In addition, the room and the general atmosphere are very pleasant. Efficient, professional and very friendly waiters. I recommend 100%
