Very pleasant hotel where we had an excellent stay! An atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed, attentive staff. The direct view of the sea and the design of the building gives us the impression of being on a boat...relaxation guaranteed! The “giant jacuzzi” is particularly nice. As for the restaurant, we were able to dine in a large and beautiful room. Although the room was pleasant, it was quite noisy and the lack of light was annoying. The different dishes prepared are tasty. The starters and main courses are most satisfying. Special mention for the béarnaise sauce with mint. A little more mixed regarding desserts. Igor's Mont Blanc dessert is good, Igor had a good idea but he had a heavy hand on the whipped cream. The servers are very friendly, however we had a long wait between courses.

This is Palace, and it is well deserved, already with a remarkable location, the quality of the welcome, the spacious and impeccable rooms with all the necessary equipment, coffee and water at will. French is critical and grumpy, not to deviate from this generality, I would say that the wardrobe in the rooms on the garden side is a little small and not high enough and finally that the sound in the restaurant room is a little loud, even alone without anyone to chat with I had difficulty communicating with the service and then for people of my generation, this contemporary music is disturbing to the point that the penultimate evening I came with headphones plugged into Radio Classique. But more than anything, it is the staff who give this hotel this remarkable character which makes us feel like privileged guests in such a place. From our first lunch, we were able to see the extreme kindness and advice provided by an Oscar full of empathy. The next day it was Nicolas, just as remarkable, who took care of us with just as much dedication. The next evening it was an Agathe with undeniable charm and quality wine advice who stood out for her constant attention. The following evening, I stayed at the bar for tapas and it was Zoubil who recommended an excellent local wine to accompany sardines. The following dinner it was Josué who got in tune with his comrades to suggest a modification of the vinaigrette to accompany my asparagus. Last night, Oscar came back to look after me and recommended a good quality dry white wine, so much so that I drank three glasses to accompany the sea bream carpaccio with lemon ginger. I continued with Rigatoni with morels and finished with Pavlova. I often go to gourmet restaurants in Toulouse, but the chef here has nothing to be ashamed of by the comparison, quite the contrary. Finally Saturday evening, after a delicious dinner served by Nicola and Olivier as reinforcements, to console the defeat of Stade Toulousain against Toulon, it was Margarita who served me with great charm some consoling limoncellos. I also have to mention the valets always available and smiling but also of all the housekeepers who are discreet, efficient and attentive to the smallest detail But the prize for efficiency and friendliness goes to the person who takes care of the administration. Since my credit card can no longer be debited, it made a significant contribution to helping me resolve this serious problem, so many thanks to the very kind, efficient and patient Nina! What is certain is that I will return to this establishment with great pleasure.

Super friendly staffs, stylish and new rooms with sea view, rooms are very clean. Love the location as well. Only things to consider: 1. In room WiFi quite bad 2. Hotel restaurant is pricey for so so food.

Hands down best hotel in the area, excellent staff, great parking service. It is a little bit expensive, but that is fair given the service. There are two areas that could be improved upon: there is no variation in the breakfast, so after a week it gets boring; the dinner restaurant is excessively priced (but really, there are no good options near the hotel!) and for that I would also expect more choices. To compare: we went to a Michelin starred restaurant an hour away and food was much better - and cheaper. But OK, couldn't enjoy the wine too much because we had to drive back and forth ;).

Quiet location with direct access to the beach. The room is perfect with one downside on the bedding, not firm enough for my taste. The services are of good quality, the prices of the bar and restaurant are very high. Paid parking is also very expensive. The teams are available and friendly.

Magnificent and unforgettable stay. Dinner at the exceptional restaurant. Very attentive staff. We will come back.
