Magnificent experience, Full restaurant and only one cook and one waiter. The meal was perfect, Camille who works in the kitchen dazzled us with her mastery in producing quality dishes without making us wait. Marc Antoine, at the service, despite great stress, remained smiling, fast and efficient. Congratulations to these young people who honor our profession. Hat..

Certainly "Le" Bar - Restaurant, the place to be in Palavas-les-Flots. Creative cuisine with fresh products. Beautiful surprises on the plate and a soothing setting! You can even stop just to drink a coffee or a Demi, I recommend!! 🤠

28/04/2024: Very pleasant hotel where we had an excellent stay! An atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed, attentive staff. The direct view of the sea and the design of the building gives us the impression of being on a boat...relaxation guaranteed! The “giant jacuzzi” is particularly nice. As for the restaurant, we were able to dine in a large and beautiful room. Although the room was pleasant, it was quite noisy and the lack of light was annoying. The different dishes prepared are tasty. The starters and main courses are most satisfying. Special mention for the béarnaise sauce with mint. A little more mixed regarding desserts. Igor's Mont Blanc dessert is good, Igor had a good idea but he had a heavy hand on the whipped cream. The servers are very friendly, however we had a long wait between courses.

02/04/2024: Chosen by chance. This restaurant is just incredible! the cuisine is excellent and I weigh my words. Correct service, the waiter was great with us. We had a great time. Correct value for money. Passing through the city, but we don't forget this address.
