Amazing! A perfect discovery 🥰 a top chef and a attentive waitress to give you little advice on the chosen dishes. It was honestly delicious. There is no pretension and yet beautiful and great authentic cuisine in the dishes. I had the impression of eating with a local in simplicity and good cuisine. Well done ❤️

Excellent restaurant! The waitress, although very busy, is very kind and always available. The service is fast. It is better to book as the room is not very large. A very good address !

Perfect !!! It’s always a great pleasure to come and dine at your place. The dishes are excellent and you are very kind. Even if it’s not easy every day with certain clients, courage! You are exceptional. What a shame you're stopping soon :(

Small restaurant with around 20 seats. Super nice, typical. Excellent meal with quality and quantity for a good eater like me. The owner is very friendly and explains very well when tasting the dishes. I recommend it. You will see, you will enjoy it.

05/05/2024: Gourmet restaurant with generous portions. The sweetbreads are to die for, delicious. Restaurant not far from the center of Troyes, rue de Turenne, it is definitely worth taking a few extra steps. I recommend 500%.
29/04/2024: We have been regularly visiting this excellent restaurant for over 10 years! Everything is perfect: very fresh local products, warm welcome, impeccable service and an explosion of flavors. The cuisine is inventive and the menu is changed very regularly. The chef always comes to collect our impressions. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Without doubt the best address to my knowledge…

20/03/2024: Impressive ! The boss is also a waiter and cook. Although stressed, he coped in an exemplary manner. If the dishes are not very popular, it's good, the quantities are correct and the quality/price ratio is interesting. The setting is relatively ordinary.
