Impressive ! The boss is also a waiter and cook. Although stressed, he coped in an exemplary manner. If the dishes are not very popular, it's good, the quantities are correct and the quality/price ratio is interesting. The setting is relatively ordinary.

We had a great evening at Le Moine Gourmand! The cuisine is DELICIOUS, the dishes are homemade, delicious and very well made. The service is warm and fast. I recommend 100%, there is something for all tastes and all prices, with the added bonus of a dessert buffet for those with a sweet tooth 🤤

Super meal for us two. Menu is m limited to 3 main options as the manager does everything himself. Great fresh food at a good price. Good prompt service and pleasant atmosphere and surroundings.

An excellent address that I can only highly recommend: you will never be disappointed! Excellent value for money, fresh produce, simple and delicious dishes in a pleasant atmosphere! The dessert buffet is also excellent! Bravo to the chef who manages all his cooking and service alone with professionalism and kindness.

Very good cuisine in a pleasant and unpretentious setting. I highly recommend. We will come back to it during a next stop in Troyes. Hats off to the chef who manages everything alone and special mention for the dessert buffet which is just too good!

05/05/2024: Gourmet restaurant with generous portions. The sweetbreads are to die for, delicious. Restaurant not far from the center of Troyes, rue de Turenne, it is definitely worth taking a few extra steps. I recommend 500%.

Everything is perfect: very fresh local products, warm welcome, impeccable service and an explosion of flavors. The cuisine is inventive and the menu is changed very regularly. The chef always comes to collect our impressions. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Without doubt the best address to my knowledge…

Au Jardin Gourmand

05/05/2024: An excellent restaurant with an intimate setting and beautiful decoration, located in an alley in the old town, offering the best andouillette de Troyes (apples, cider, chaource) that I have tasted! Very good desserts too, including a fabulous chocolate and peanut finger! Pleasant little terrace at the back and excellent service!
