Hello, Today this Thursday, April 25, 2024 I came to the McDonald's in Sausheim around 7:30 p.m. I complained to your manager it seems to me, (a man with long hair, tall and skinny) he remained indifferent to my complaints for over 20 minutes while I was waiting for my order. I received my drinks quickly but my meal came 20 minutes later, knowing that there weren't many people there. But the rest I have nothing to say, it would be necessary to remind and explain to this dear gentleman that customer service plays a lot on the image, fortunately I do not put everyone in the same basket.

Service errors (forgetfulness) and the hamburgers are served only lukewarm. The children's play area is poorly heated. The wait and welcome are acceptable, the table service is friendly.

After a show at 11 p.m., Glad to find an open place... lost in the middle of nowhere (at night and not local). No route number, GPS is lost.

Mac do well located and recently renovated drive-thru. Friendly staff and quick in processing orders. However, the car park has numerous ruts which are beginning to pose serious safety problems for pedestrians and risk damaging vehicles.

Great for families with children as it has a large playground. There are also 2 green up plugs in the parking lot apparently next to the parking reserved for pickup, not far from the highway so it's easy for people on a trip.
