26/04/2024: Hello, Today this Thursday, April 25, 2024 I came to the McDonald's in Sausheim around 7:30 p.m. I complained to your manager it seems to me, (a man with long hair, tall and skinny) he remained indifferent to my complaints for over 20 minutes while I was waiting for my order. I received my drinks quickly but my meal came 20 minutes later, knowing that there weren't many people there. But the rest I have nothing to say, it would be necessary to remind and explain to this dear gentleman that customer service plays a lot on the image, fortunately I do not put everyone in the same basket.
21/04/2024: 2 order points but also 2 waiting places systematically occupied.
