While passing through the region, we ate the first evening at the Edgar restaurant, where we met a dynamic waitress and an authentic menu. The first meal was so good that we came back the next day, with great pleasure. A big thank you to the cooks and to Cindy for her professionalism I recommend *****

A very beautiful place where we were very well received Everything was very good and we salute the commercial side of the hotel manager who was able to make us forget a small incident of hot water in the morning by offering us breakfasts. We recommend the restaurant very good. A real pleasure

Great experience at the Edgar Hotel...the welcome is perfect, the pasta and pizzas excellent...plus the place is relaxing. We will come back.

Very friendly hotel. Small hiccup in room cleaning and radiator not connected so it was a little chilly but the quality of service and welcome erased these small inconveniences.

A very good meal in the evening and frankly the 4 seasons pizza is killer! 10 minutes from Arbois perfect for the breakthrough. Nice and clean room in the magnificent annex Simple breakfast Super friendly servers We will return this summer by motorbike

Very good hotel, perfect welcome and reception, pleasant and friendly person. Very clean room at very good value for money. On the other hand, very disappointing breakfast compared to the rest of the service, price too high and very little choice. A savory option would be a plus.

20/03/2024: Increased to 10 in this gloomy mid-March. Reservation made. Fortunately! The restaurant often seems full. The setting is very good (bistro style with lots of fishing photos on the wall) Very warm welcome with lots of humor. Smiling and professional service throughout the meal. I will only take the fish dishes (smoked catfish as a starter, pike perch as a main course) and everything was delicious. Prices are correct. For us Belgians, the price of wines always surprises us, in a good way (In Belgium a ratio of 1 to 4 or 5 is often applied for bottles which are not always worth it) By taking wines local, you can't go wrong! It's a good address.
16/03/2024: Very nice setting. Delicious and refined cuisine for a very reasonable price. The quantity is perfect to be able to enjoy the starter, main course and dessert formula. Very good wine, thanks to the waitress for the advice. Very pleasant staff. A very good time and delighted taste buds, thank you very much!

09/05/2024: How can we describe the spa other than using flattering superlatives? The experience began with making an appointment with Caroline. On the day of the service, we were given a warm welcome, Caroline as charming and smiling as we imagine on the phone. The treatments perfectly adapted to our skin and the access to the different wellness areas of the spa while sipping the delicious red vine herbal tea made this moment wonderfully magical. A very, very big thank you to Caroline and Hélène for their sensitivity, their kindness and their valuable advice.
28/04/2024: Amazing stay away, a true 5 star, great gem in the country. Massive thank you to Arthur for his unforgettable service! Strongly recommend eating at their little bistro, elevated home cooked food with brilliant staff. Beautiful garden to walk around it and great breakfasts cooked by Michelin started kitchen. Love the bikes offered on site. Second time back in this hotel.
