We were disappointed to see this institution closed. What a surprise to see that the establishment had reopened its doors... and what a surprise! A cuisine committed to working alongside fishermen and local producers. A sustainable approach limiting waste. A conductor who masters his score and whose biases are sometimes confusing, but surprising! Warm service without pretense. You will have understood that this address is a must for Malouine cuisine.

Everything was simply perfect. From the advice for the aperitif to the dessert, everything was delicious! Don’t hesitate to go there if you want to treat yourself and have a pleasant time filled with culinary discovery. We will gladly come back ! See you soon

What a pleasure to come and eat in a restaurant like this. We were made to feel very welcome, the service was excellent, and the meal was absolutely magnificent. From starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves, the products are super fresh and for many, local. The plates are pretty, the presentation is careful in very good quality artisanal ceramics. Really, 10/10. We will gladly come back ! Thank you again, and see you soon 😍

Awesome atmosphere, great, friendly service. Food is local and well-selected. We really enjoyed local seasonal dining. Easy and relaxing service. Would recommend.

Wonderful dinner! We enjoyed a great tasting menu at Méson Chalut! Everything was well prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty! Combined with a nicely decorated restaurant and a great, super friendly team (and great wine!!) we were extremely happy with our visit here. Highly recommended!

This meal was an experience full of surprises and delicacies. An experience as much culinary as artistic in our eyes. The quality of the welcome and support throughout the meal allowed us to fully enjoy the rich and multiple flavors of the Breton region. Particular favorite for the pineapple dessert, combining technique and aromatic subtlety, well done!

An incredible experience! We came the day after Valentine's Day with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The welcome, the service, the presentation and of course the quality of the dishes were there. I highly recommend.

04/05/2024: If my stroll through the streets of Saint Malo left me thinking for a long time that we were in the kingdom of the creperie, at the bend of an alley we had the happiness, the luck or perhaps the intuition to return in this small establishment, simple but charming, elegant but unpretentious. A pearl hidden behind the tourist food vendors, a pearl where you can find real Malouins. A traditional, totally homemade cuisine where vegetables take a good place on the plates offering a choice of meat and fish. Starter, main course and dessert everything was perfect and for a more than reasonable price. Thanks to its enthusiasts who revive our taste buds.
01/05/2024: Excellent value. Subtle and careful cuisine; everything is quality from homemade bread to homemade dessert. This is made possible by a small but well thought-out map. Remember to book.

04/04/2024: We had a wonderful dinner here! I am gluten free & the staff was so accommodating & even provided a gluten free alternative to bread which I thought was very thoughtful. I ordered the 250g steak with salad, French fries & the parsley butter. It was so flavorful & delicious. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a gluten allergy
01/04/2024: Hello, I went to the Millesim' restaurant Sunday April 31, 2024, Easter weekend This is a restaurant that I recommend, their specialty is beef of French origin. Our plates were plentiful, the service was friendly: as indicated inside (see my photos). The boss Régis speaks informally to the customers and the boss speaks to you! Table service by a server Manu who knows his products very well, gives you perfect wine advice etc... A good atmosphere You should think about booking in advance. Enjoy your food Jeff
