Keep it up, it’s good from a culinary point of view. The welcome is pleasant. My recommendation would be to improve the presentation of the plates, to be at the top level 🧆

Good food and fast service, very reasonable price. The self-served starter option is worth it. Good place for a workday lunch. Reservation recommend.

Regular customer for over 4 years, I can only recommend the Brunch. Excellent welcome, staff always very friendly and as accommodating as possible. Excellent cuisine and varied dishes, cooked with seasonal and fresh products. Always a pleasure to come there!

06/04/2024: Ate at the restaurant times are changing, good value for money. From starter to dessert, the dishes were excellent with impeccable service.
12/01/2024: Great place to stay right in the heart of Chalons, with a restaurant that provides everything you'd expect from a Michelin 1*. I was particularly impressed that, although we we there on a very quiet night (the night before NYE) the quality of food and service was perfect. I'd recommend the "Surprise" choice for wine with each course.
