Ate at the restaurant times are changing, good value for money. From starter to dessert, the dishes were excellent with impeccable service.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Chalons, with a restaurant that provides everything you'd expect from a Michelin 1*. I was particularly impressed that, although we we there on a very quiet night (the night before NYE) the quality of food and service was perfect. I'd recommend the "Surprise" choice for wine with each course.
