I have read some negative comments which sadden me....because the welcome was pleasant and smiling. As for the cuisine...the Balmes menu is an extra treat, very refined and succulent. lIt's already been Twice that I enjoy... congratulations in the kitchen. I recommend because there are hardly any restaurants like this left.

This is not the first time we have had lunch in this restaurant. We always enjoy going back there despite the distance, often accompanied by friends. Our opinions are unanimous: very refined cuisine, research in the dishes and flavors. Ex.: Scallops as a deliciously prepared starter, just like sea bream or veal or lamb. The service is friendly, efficient and attentive, excellent value for money. Finally a restaurant worthy of the name, in this very touristy region where mediocrity and ease are often the norm.
