A menu at 36€ a little expensive for my taste... I explain the starter on the egg and sprinkles not much to say about the dish and the desert on the other hand, the cod dish needs to be reviewed I had a poor piece at the edge of the plate overcooked, a poor dash of sauce or is the generosity? The fish must be in the center of the plate with a nice sauce all around with the ratatouille, that doesn't stop you from serving the fries on the side, it's not much but that's what makes the difference, and finally the desert, the Tatin served alone and cold, I would have liked it to be served lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream added to that with homemade whipped cream with lemon zest for example, that would have made it possible to finish the meal with a game on the temperatures for a menu at 36€ we expect more. We feel the desire to do well there is not much choice which makes me say that the cook is mastered, too bad, in any case it is only my opinion, the tastes and the colors are specific to each one you you also have excellent comments!
