Started out with 6 fresh tasty oysters. Followed by delicious crab tacos. Then a super prepared stingray fillet with perfectly cooked vegetables. Desserts were pickled apples and cheese salad with apple sticks and field salad — both very well prepared. All in all, TOP ingredients and service — many thanks.

Wow! A real slap in the face throughout the meal. Combinations to die for! Norman waiters and not only that, adorable. This is a must-visit address if you come to the area! See you soon

Wonderful evening at Fidelis, once again everything was perfect; welcome, service, food... it was our second dinner in this restaurant, we have already booked for our next visit to St Malo in April! NB be careful, reservation is almost obligatory

Exceptional address! The dishes there are as visually incredible as they are delicious! The service is incredible, friendly, considerate and hyper responsive to the customer's slightest needs. We had a wonderful time and we thank you very much.

Great restaurant! It’s delicious, and the servers are adorable! You absolutely have to try the tacos, it's their specialty... and it's incredible!! The other dishes are divine too! Address to do without hesitation!!!

24/03/2024: Excellent address in Saint-Malo. Restaurant visited for the first time in February, I returned there this weekend and it confirmed my favorite. The pancakes and crepes are generous, prepared with good local products, a real treat, all served in a cozy and soothing atmosphere. Special mention for the Caramel Frangipane. Don’t hesitate to walk through the door of this charming little creperie, you won’t be disappointed.

22/04/2024: We were disappointed to see this institution closed. What a surprise to see that the establishment had reopened its doors... and what a surprise! A cuisine committed to working alongside fishermen and local producers. A sustainable approach limiting waste. A conductor who masters his score and whose biases are sometimes confusing, but surprising! Warm service without pretense. You will have understood that this address is a must for Malouine cuisine.
18/04/2024: What a pleasure to come and eat in a restaurant like this. We were made to feel very welcome, the service was excellent, and the meal was absolutely magnificent. From starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves, the products are super fresh and for many, local. The plates are pretty, the presentation is careful in very good quality artisanal ceramics. Really, 10/10. We will gladly come back ! Thank you again, and see you soon 😍
